Autonomous Ball Picking

High Capacity

Advanced GPS Guidance

Quiet Operation

Driving ranges looking to keep bays open while the outfield is being cleared can move to fully autonomous picking as the Relox Robotics Robotic Golf Ball Picker patrols mapped zones, sweeps up loose balls across up to six hectares and returns loads of around one thousand balls to your collection point while players keep hitting.

Powered by a quiet lithium ion battery pack that runs for up to six hours and recharges in about two, the robot travels at roughly five kilometres per hour and uses high precision GPS with accuracy to within a few centimetres to follow efficient routes, collect up to sixty thousand balls in a day and work with existing ball pits, washers and dispensers so you can cut tractor hours, manual picking and noise late into the evening.

FAQs

Got questions? You are in the right place. These quick answers cover the details most customers ask before they buy.

How does the Robotic Golf Ball Picker operate on the range?

The robotic golf ball picker follows programmed routes using GPS guidance, collecting balls as it travels across the outfield and then returning them automatically to the collection point.

What benefits does a robotic picker offer over a traditional tractor and picker?

A robotic picker reduces manual driving time, cuts fuel and labour costs, improves safety by removing vehicles from the outfield and keeps balls moving steadily back to the dispenser.

Can the robotic picker work while golfers are practising?

Yes, the unit is designed to operate while the range is open, using defined work zones and safety sensors so it can move quietly and predictably around golfers and targets.

How is the robotic picker charged and how long does it run?

The picker docks at its charging point between shifts, and a full charge provides several hours of operation, allowing most facilities to schedule multiple picking windows each day.

What type of ranges are best suited to the Robotic Golf Ball Picker?

The system suits public and private golf ranges, teaching academies and resort facilities that want regular ball recovery across a defined outfield area.

Who sets up the routes and provides technical support for the picker?

Routes and picking zones are configured during commissioning by trained technicians, and ongoing technical support is provided through Country Club International in conjunction with the manufacturer.
