Shipping rates
Our website uses a real-time shipping calculator at checkout to provide accurate shipping charges based on your order weight, dimensions and delivery address.

Packaging and carriers
All items are packed appropriately for shipping and in line with the requirements of the transport company used for your shipment. Depending on the item, this may include printed boxes, cartons, bubble wrap, satchels, black wrapping and other protective materials.
We use a range of reputable freight companies to offer affordable and secure delivery, including Direct Freight, StarTrack, Couriers Please, UPS, FedEx and others. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your shipment.
Delivery addresses
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Australia Post outlets.
A full physical business or residential street address must be provided at checkout. We utilise tracked courier services to deliver orders and a street address is required for successful delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the nominated address during business hours, or provide authority to leave where appropriate and permitted by the carrier.
Dispatch and transit times
Most items are dispatched from our warehouse in Carrum Downs, Victoria. In some cases, goods may be shipped directly from our suppliers. Where this occurs, it can help reduce handling, lower freight costs and shorten overall transit times.
The following transit times are a guide only and are measured in business days from the date of dispatch:

If you are located outside a metropolitan area, please allow up to an additional 4 business days on the timeframes listed above.
These timeframes are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays, peak periods and weather events). If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us at info@countryclub.com.au before placing your order so we can provide a more accurate indication.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, a tracking email will be sent to your nominated email address. This email will include a link or tracking number you can use to follow your shipment during transit.
If you do not receive a tracking email within a reasonable time after receiving your dispatch confirmation, please:
- check your spam or junk mail folder, and
- contact us at info@countryclub.com.au so we can confirm your order status and resend your tracking details.
International shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping charges displayed at checkout relate only to freight costs and do not include any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
It is the customer’s responsibility to research and pay any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges that may be payable in their own country. These costs are not controlled by Country Club International and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
