On busy turf care washpads where mowers and utility vehicles are cleaned every day, the ESD Waste2Water GSMS 700-2 Twin Station Biological System gives superintendents a compact, closed loop way to treat and reuse wash water. With two in-built hose stations, it lets staff wash down equipment as usual while the system separates grass clippings and suspended solids, then passes the water through an inclined plate clarifier and biological treatment chamber so it returns to the pad clear and low in turbidity.

The fixed film biological process uses specially selected microbes, aeration and media to break down oils, fuel residues and organic contaminants, helping clubs cut fresh water consumption and reduce contaminated discharge from the maintenance compound. Supplied as a self contained unit sized for golf facilities, it runs largely automatically once commissioned, with simple checks and routine servicing that course staff can manage while supporting modern environmental and compliance expectations.
